Steps To Take

Our process is a well thought out set of steps we take each time a potential client approaches Assurance Companion Care for attendant services.

  1. Contact us
    • It starts when you're ready to begin. Feel free to call on or email us to initiate a conversation about how Assurance Companion Care can serve you or a family member.
  2. Discuss concerns
    • Why does the client think attendant care is needed? Though seemingly straightforward, many do not take the time to ask themselves why their life is no longer moving along as it once did. It's just not working and that's a problem. By discussing the concern's of the client and their life changes, a better fitting care plan can be developed. This also helps uncover solutions that may have eluded the client before Assurance Companion Care was contacted.
  3. Weigh options
  4. Evaluate Needs
    • Utilizing Assurance Companion Care's Needs Matrix, we can help to demonstrate where we believe our services may be of benefit to the client, based upon the concerns and needs discussed.
  5. Discuss Services
    • Currently, a needs list has been compiled and it's up to the client to decide what kind of service and amount they feel would most appropriately serve their situation.
  6. Determine Direction
    • We have our client's needs and level of service determined. Now, a final decision by the client is left to be made: when, where, and how to begin.
  7. Implement Plan
    • It's all up the client now. Just give the word. Whether it's tomorrow, a week from now or next month, we'll begin when you're ready. We want you to be comfortable with the decision.
